We are addressing significant environmental challenges by reducing food waste and developing sustainable alternatives to synthetic colorants. Our process not only diverts food waste from landfill but also reduces the environmental impact of industries heavily reliant on non-sustainable ingredients.

Our technology has reached Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6, which means it has been successfully demonstrated in an operational environment. We are now working to scale up production and validate our process at an industrial level through partnerships and pilot projects.

We currently produce a full spectrum of colours that can be used in various food, cosmetics, and industrial products. These colorants are derived from microbial fermentation and offer a cleaner, more sustainable alternative to synthetic dyes.

Traditional dye manufacturing often relies on petrochemical-based processes, which can be harmful to the environment and involve toxic chemicals. In contrast, our process uses genetically modified microorganisms to produce natural colorants from waste, eliminating harmful by-products and reducing resource consumption.
